Deep experience with multilateral agencies like USAID, World Bank, IDB. 12 years of experience in inclusive-diversity focused venture capital, consulting and women-centric innovation. Ankita is very passionate about promoting gender-equality, advancing women’s power and influence within workplace and society.
Advisor and mentor for global angel networks, incubators and accelerators. An electronics-communication engineer and Masters in Finance and Management from UK's top business school - Cranfield. Ankita has been awarded, Leading Women Fund Manager and Top 100 Asian globally. Co-Authored the book, “Innovation-at-Scale”.

Founder and Executive-Producer at Crestlight Ventures. Serial entrepreneur - SaltFlats, DVD Play(Redbox), XI-Trading. Founded one of the first B2B online-commerce companies, Ensemble Solutions, was CEO of Open Grid, a mobile technology in exclusive partnership with Motorola and Microsoft. Executive experience with Sun-Microsystems, Siemens, LSI-Logic, Deutsche-Telekom and NCR. Angel investor, board member, mentor to start-ups. Advises several Fortune 500 companies and co-chairs the German American Business Association. Recognized speaker and visiting faculty at UC Berkeley. Engineering graduate from Germany and CS studies at Stanford.
Anthony Rajesh, Head, Learning and Development at MyStepUp Foundation. M.Com post-graduate with 15+ years of experience across domain skills and soft skills. Project Head at Tholons. SME experience at First American and Fidelity. Led the training deliverable of over 1000+ employees of corporate Fidelity National Financial (world’s largest Title Insurance company) on domain specific and 2000+ on pre-placement, soft-skills and team building activities. Exposure to GBFS (Global Business Foundation Skills) NASSCOM initiative program. Headed national based NSDC projects - like STAR, PMKVY, DDU-GKY across PAN India. Worked for the project “Setting up Innovation Center” in the free trade zones to create productive environment for startups and corporations. Conducted workshop for IT staffs on soft skills and skills assessment in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Philippines.
